This was a nice opening just over an hour long on the evening of Aug 9 with a few new loggings including 107.5 Radio Solidarite in Haiti with a good id, 104.5 presumed Galaxie FM in Haiti with French talk and music, (no other Haiti on that frequency) , 103.7 Radio Lakansyel, Port-au-Prince, Haiti again, no other on the frequency. 89.9 KLAS-FM in Jamaica overpowering a local and keying RDS. This is the first I've heard of RDS in Jamaica. Many relogs including Jamaica 89.3, 92.7 "Radio 92 FM", 94.3, 94.7 "RJR 94 FM" 103.9 Jamaica, 107.5 "Irie FM" and others. Several unid'ed Spanish up to the top of the band. I managed to get a few audios but few id and just go song to song.

TV DX started with multiple ch2 in Spanish , cci on ch 4 and then a good logo id on ch 2 for Tele Antillas Dominican Republic. FM came alive at 6:50pm with French on 89.3 and 89.7 most likely RFI Haiti and 4VVE Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Commonly heard on Es. Some of the Spanish stations were highly distorted. Some with severe monotone audio. I suspect Cuba and or Dominican Republic but perhaps some of the Haitians are Spanish. The French are surely Haiti.
Es seemed to move westward with Jamaica getting stronger as Haiti and most of the Spanish faded. The last signal was on 91.9 with Seals & Crofts "Summer Breeze" which could have been Radio Cayman 2 but it faded before the song was over. Argg.

I'm lousy at Spanish and worse at French so maybe someone can catch something in these audios. Any id help is much appreciated. Here's some resources I've located that may or may not be up to date but seems to be better than any others I've seen online.

Haitian TV / Radio

Dominican Republic FM radio

I don't have anything good for Cuba. Perhaps someone knows of a site?

Here's some audio I recorded last night:

The 103.7 audio is French and I suspect Radio Lakansyel, Port-au-Prince, Haiti as it's the only station listed on that frequency.

The 92.3 audio has some kind of id that sounds like Mor Cinco "Bombasos de la noche, Bombasos numero uno" ????
It was the only SS Station that I heard id.

the 91.9 seems to give some geographical reference but maybe not? I can't make it out.

The 90.3 audio swaps to a more clear station at the end. An example of how distorted some of these stations were.

I uploaded all the audios that I recorded over the 1.3 hour opening onto

Yeah, no positive ID but Radio Lakansyel (Rainbow, in creole) seems
very probable. Talk is in haitian creole.

All I can make out is "Capital" and "Rafael Carlos Torre"..

Thanks Charly.

in the 91.9 it sounds like "Mininas Grais, I thought that was a town name somewhere but I could be wrong. I scanned maps of Dominican Republic, Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, and Brazil.
I might have to call up a friend who habla espanol

Minas Gerais is a state in Brasil. I listened just in case they were speaking Portuguese, but this was merely a reference to that, definitely in Spanish. 73, Glenn Hauser

That means Bombshells in the Night, probably referring to their music, not an ID as such. 73, Glenn Hauser
