Anyone know if these lowband DTVs are on the air?

Hello all,

I wonder of these two Georgia DTV transmitters, long listed as "CP" in the FCC database, are actually on the air (it is quite common for a station with a construction permit to be on the air, after which it applies for a license to cover).

WCES-DT 2, Wrens, GA.
WMAZ-DT 4, Macon, GA


73 to all, N8NU

According to Doug Smith (w9wi.com), both are on the air. WCES-DT has 30kw and WMAZ-DT has an STA with 7kw. I don't recall either one of these being seen via E skip.
