Some of the TV 2 stations in Central America, Cuba and the Dominican Republic have a characteristic "warble, wattery, and squirrely" sounds to them when tuned in on a receiver in SSB. Along with some being off frequency it makes for easy identification to get an idea where Es is coming from. All US, Mexican and other Canadian TV2 video that I've heard before has been just the normal stable carrier with "buzz" sidebands. Today this TV2 video was heard along with matching French audio on 59.750. I suspect this is CBFT Montreal which seemed to be the center of the Es target area. I've not noted this "bubbly" sound in the video before when French audio has been in but it is definitely unique. Never heard anything like it before from anywhere.
The tone changes from tuning back and forth off the carrier's center at 55.250 down to 55.240 and up to 55.260.
