I was seeing KTWO by Es here (Temperance, MI) at about 1300 EDT, 7-8, and observed their carrier frequency (checked on my Yaesu FT-857, and quite possibly as much as 20Hz error either way) is now at 55.25581 Mhz (+ 5.81 KHz offset, or 4190 Hz below assigned 55.260) Last June they were arounf 55.2561.
On the CRT, this offset 4190 Hz beat against WJBK at plus actually looks very much like a 20 kHz offset!!

WMAR-2 Baltimore was off for the longest time. All last season and a couple times in May this year on 55.260.5 I haven't heard a carrier there the last month or more despite openings that way so they may have fixed it. KDLO-3 in South Dakota had their audio way off. First time WA5IYX and myself noticed it earlier this season it was on about 65.790 and drifted even higher, centered on about 65.795 the last time heard. The station was alerted to this and fixed it recently.
Some Mexicans and other countries are considerably off frequency . XHCH-2 Chihuahua has been on 55.251.2 since I first matched it to an ID. Makes for easy future identification.
