Is this what I think it is on 97.9?

Heard about 0904:45 on 97.9 over Sioux City. There's no
mistaking the temps in Celsius. The timing is right too
for CBC... the weather I'm assuming was countrywide
(are they still on strike?) and I just caught the regional
part, or could this have been a Prairie feed for only
MB/SK? In any event, does someone recognize this voice
as CBC? I'm pretty sure this is Brandon MB, my first
Canadian via trops...

Hi Matt,

Sounds like CBC to me.

I haven't tuned to CBU for the past few days. But last I heard, they were running semi-regular programming during the day, including wx. (Overnight, they were still running jock-less, with no announcements other than the strike announcement at the top of the hour). Have you heard from Morris or Saul? :-)
