I found this pic with no notes attached to it.The only thing I recall was KDTN 2 "Daystar" from Denton TX was in so this might be CH 5 From Dallas..

If there is a *star* in the curved part of the 5, it is KXAS-5 Ft Worth. Unfortunately,
I can't see a star in the picture.

My best guess is KOCO-5.

I can confirm it is not KOCO 5 from Okla. City as I've been watching that channel here locally since 1988 and haven't seen that logo before.
