Hello.
At 17:40 UTC today, I caught a Latvian language radio broadcast at around 11730 khz. Signal was moderate to good with some QRM. I did not hear station identification, but the broadcast ongoing was talking about American presidents. It was possibly a history program as I heard a lot of year numbers mentioned. The program ended with a religious song. Exactly at the full hour before I could have heard any idents, the transmitter was switched off. I initially suspected Radio Vatican, but the programs and schedules don't match. There was no match from listening to the latest Latvian program of RV from The Internet as well. Thus it had to be another station. I have heard the ident music before the breakup before too on other languages but did not record it. I will try to keep my eyes open for its ident music and record if I catch one.
