I caught this on Monday 10/24 about 5:35 PM ET while listening to WMGS Wilkes-Barre, PA and WBUF Buffalo, NY battle it out to the NW. The clip starts off with an ad on WMGS (Hazleton radiology then KNBT) which then fades into a Sports report mentioning towns and teams that match the Watertown, SD area (Thanks for the help Chris/Randy!). Mixed between there is some classical which I assume is Duluth (common MS catch) then a Hot AC/Rock song which fades up. It's interesting to note that this MS burn sounded a lot like E-Skip, but there was no ES activity reported at the time.
KSDR Watertown, SD is 1,201 miles, WSCD-Duluth is 1,011 miles
As far as I know the reception of KSDR is my most distant MS catch.
-Its also kind of interesting to note that "KNBT" ad, I can see that causing some false positives if that were heard via MS. Somebody may spend hours looking for a mystery translator. :duh: Just something to be on the lookout for.
I've attached two files the first is at full 128K quality for those on higher speed connections, the second is at 24K quality for those on dialup connections.
