This evening, while at work, I was able to grab about a minute unattended of KOTA-DT 2 video onto a DVD-RAM disc. The decoded video occured between 2:14pm and 2:15pm in a period of just over a minute. The first continuous period of decoded video and audio occured for 17 seconds, the last segment of decoded video and audio lasted 8 seconds. There were periods where video would decode but not audio.

Its too bad these dtv boxes can't be *forced* to show the PSIP data continuously, if someone desires that function. It would be nice to actually see the ID with the video when using a dvr.

that is one thing the Zenith/Insignia should have included, and also an auto-store for new channels received (as what I understand the old DirecTV/RCA ATSC 11's would do).

Still, a huge step up from the Hisense-USDigital and RS Accurian boxes I was using to DX with.
