This might be XEFE Nuevo Laredo, it had a minus offset. XETV-4 logo in upper right, very strong for a few minutes. XEPM Ciudad Juarez and KMID Midland, TX were in just before.

Randy, that is interesting video. That "2" logo is new to me. It is odd that the "2" logo is left of the "4TV" logo, rather than covering the 4TV logo. In general, Televisa local stations like XEFB-2, XHFM-2, XEWO-2, and XHP-3 that relay some programs from XHTV-4 DF use logos with a large enough background to cover the 4TV. XHY-2 doesn't always bother to cover the logo. In the past, XEFE-2 Nuevo Laredo didn't always cover the 4TV.

I haven't seen XEFE in a couple of years. I wonder if that could be their current logo.

BTW, XETV is "FOX 6" for the San Diego market.

Something else interesting is that the "Ninja Turtles" are not on XHTV-4 at the time you had the channel 2 (per the XHTV-4 Web site). Therefore, the program was tape-delayed by the channel 2. I've seen XEFE-2 do that in the past. XHY-2 also does that, but I realize the the offset is different.

I also should mention the Panasonic TV I have superimposes the channel number on the upper right. There's a way to turn it off but it's a convienence to me so I know what channel I am on.
