Good morning everybody.
Received this about 10.53UTC briefly on Ch 2. 55.26
Just before this I think a French Canadian Cartoon on 55.25
Video not up to anything much.
Any ideas???
It's just starting to build a little now to the west.
Keep a listen/lookout for ch E2 48.25

I distinctly heard the words "Grace Tabernacle" here. Goggle led me to many places.
One GT could have a ministry on WESH Daytona Beach FL, one near WCBD Charleston SC maybe, and one near WCBS NYC.....but maybe more.
I checked listings on all 3.....WCBD lists "Paid program" which could be the program (but personally I take that kind of listing as an insult to Grace Tabernacle).

Thanks for that,it could be WCBD I suppose.
Signal came up very suddenly and went after 2-3 minutes.
All quiet again now.

Ryan's site lists WCBD as a plus offset, but SC being a small state, seeing on Google I think a ZIP Code beginning with 295, I thought maybe WCBD.
Have you ever sent your mp3's to any stations that you suspect would be them (WUND, WCBD, WKAQ, etc.) If you tell them you heard them from Portugal, and it was not any Web feed, they would flip.

Hi CD
It's strange how a lot of reception I get is from that NC/SC area which is
almost exactly due west of me & it's very localised, only the odd burst of + 10KHz yesterday along with the presumed WUNC (is it WUNC or WUND? seen both listed) Never yet had FL though the Northeast
does come in and pile up,no definite from WCBS or Washington DC for example
I'll have to send some mp3's off to these stations though it needs to end
up with the right person not to get "deleted".
Yesterday morning on channel E2 had presumed Dubai Sports channel
with commentary in "English" English of a car race from Daytona. The offset is
different to the Syria and Iran and it was alone fortunately.
Very ghosty
Regards,
Hugh

On channel A2 it's WUND. WUNC is on A4. Both stations carry the same program, along with a number of UHF transmitters throughout North Carolina.

When I am on a DX trip far enough away from WPBT, WUND can be a chA2 pest, no matter where the skip is coming from, sometimes!
Here are 2 photos of WUND. The color one has the "kiddie show" UNC TV logo from 2004 (which may have changed by now), the other the general logo from last year. The color one is arguably the best Es image in my entire library.

Thanks Doug for clarifying the call letters & CD for the pictures.
Conditions are quieter today but you never know!!
