Strange RDS Captures

My tuner has been running unattended, and this morning I checked and found some very odd displays, attached. The predominant PI seems to be 1FD6, which translates to "KFZY", which calls aren't active. Off the back of the antenna is pest WRBT-94.9, "Bob 94.9" out of Harrisburg PA. Theirs shows up occasionally. The antenna is aimed at about 60 degrees, but I don't know what's triggering the 1FD6.

I think I've just answered my own question - Bob is a CC station and the 1FD6 must be one of their non-standard PI codes....

Russ, very likely, as they are running traffic (8A data) and those are the ones with the weird PIs.

Is 8A useful to the DX'er or is that another one I should block in the software ?
