This appears to be one of those bogus CC PI codes. Two seperate periods of time. I'm guessing on account of that and no report of propagation overnight that this is one of the two CC stations in MD. Given my antenna heading, WFRE in Frederick is my guess.

It turns out my guess was correct. I'd forgotten I had recordings running at the time of the second hit, and it was WFRE, dominant much of the morning via tropo enhancement.
