Ch A3 Carribean Carrier

Hi
Attached a sound clip of one of these strange Carribean carriers.
The dominant signal is possibly Puerto Rico A3(is it zero offset? this
was...) behind it is a weak one sweeping up/down with a liitle "blip"
when it reaches the lowest frequency.
Telemundo was coming in at the time around 19.00UTC in Portugal.

Receiving a picture with these two together the co channel lines would
move from fairly broad (1KHz or less) to almost beating together & then back again in time with this audio sweep

Any ideas what the weak one might be ??
