Circle-W logo in upper-right corner of CBS station. I remember WCIA-3 keeping a W on their screen, is it in a circle now?

I have seen that W as well. I think it might be a weather alert.

IDs on KYTV and KSNW on 3 as well.
No, CD. It looks like the 24/7 bug I remember WCIA using in the past.

I was thinking of the WCIA-3 "W" myself recently. I caught it a couple of summers here in eastern Massachusetts back in my teens, c.'78-'79.

I visited central Illinois in '99 and got to see WCIA again, but on cable. Man made interference wouldn't let WCIA come in on one TV hooked up to an antenna. However, WILL-12 (PBS) came in fairly good. All other stations on the dial were UHF.
