Had a brief opening of about 15 minutes today around noon and had SS on TV3 and TV4. TV4 turned out to be 4TV/CERTV Dominican Republic.

Yuppers....now CERTV is streaming their video online. Forgot their site, but Danny's www.tvdxexpo.com / www.tvdxtips.com will lead ya there.

Apparently CERTV's site www.certvdominicana.com currently has streaming problems. I found streaming via another site, www.tvgratis.tv , but the picture flickers all the time. BTW CERTV was supposed to be like our PBS, but there were commercials galore when I saw it. Possibly they bunch all their ads up together between programs.
