89.3 French language ... RFI Haiti?

Es this morning was running towards south Florida, Cuba, Haiti and maybe nearby islands. Id'ed was WPBT channel 2 Miami at about 500 miles, and CO8DM in Cuba was worked on 50MHz. Also TV2, 3, 4, 88.3, 89.3 and 92.3 in Spanish. And a French language station on 89.3 which I assume is RFI Port-au-Prince, Haiti but I do not speak French so if anyone wants to have a listen, perhaps there's something there to confirm. I've heard this station before.

Well, it's not Parisian French nor is it Quebec French. I couldn't pull anything out of it, and there didn't appear to be anything thast would have been usable to ID it anyway. My French is only poor many-years-ago High School stuff, but I'd have noticed if there was anything relating to a place in it.

Definately RFI. Most probably Haiti like you said.
Heard the word "Chimères" which is used to describe
an armed gang serving the Lavalas party in Haiti.
RFI "local" programming is on at that time.
