Denon TU1500RDP

Im planning to buy this tuner.

Any advice good or bad will be appreciated. Also is there any mods that can be done to improved it.

I got my Denon TU1500RDP this morning !
Next step is having the mod's done by APS :)

I have been using the Denon TU1500RD for 3+ years and it's been the best of all the units I have owned for DXing. I modified mine using tested and matched Murata IF filters and a larger tuning knob.
I'm curious what the differences in the RDP model are. A quick look at the specs from a couple audio supply websites didn't produce any data that jumped out as being different unless I'm missing something.

the "P" is for Professional. Same tuner but come with a rack mount kit.

Thanks for your reply.It confirm i made a good choice. I will play with it a bit before get it moded, i want to see (hear) the difference. Like you said it definetly need a bigger tuning knob.
