Must of been good tropo this morning in Michigan

I scanned for new channels on my Insignia DTV pass thru set this morning at 6 and got WPTA 21-1 to 21-3 using my crappy $10.00 RCA antenna inside at a window (missing one side of the VHF antenna - no less) in Grand Ledge, MI - about 120 miles as the crow flies from their tower.

Has anyone else checked their DTV this morning for DX-ing, or maybe it's just a fluke.:confused:

There are reports of FM tropo in the ON, MI and IN regions this morning, so I could see you picking up new stuff on TV. Check the maps every day or so because they show you when there's tropo out in your area. They are at: http://www.dxinfocentre.com/tropo.html

Tonight near SE PA looks pretty good for some Trop, to effect my area with some nice DX'ing also. Hopefully can re-log some channels if not some new ones. I still havent finished my Wordpad File on my DX listings. I am so close to the Rox. Towers for the Philadelphia TV stations so DX'ing is a bit harder for me.
