The interval signal heard on this clip is from Denmark 1062khz. This was heard Saturday night, Sept 21 2008 at 2345ET, almost midnight. Thought it was something really exotic until I received an email from Neil Kaz who asked me to recheck the clip and I did on intervalsignals.net. It's Denmark.

Mike,
That is quite amazing. I assume you were hearing my local KYW and using IF shifting and/or DSP to pull in 2 kHz to the upper side?

I'm using an Icom R75 with directional longwires to the east and a Quantum Phaser, which helps null out stations like KYW. Plus the R75 has a 2.8khz filter in the narrow slot which really helps. Passband tuning also helps. Every little bit adds up to giving you a listenable signal.
