View Full Version : unID 1310 Asian (Korean?) (WPBC-GA?)
The attached (rather lengthy) clip was recorded in the car on the way home from work Tuesday night, around midnight EDT, near Nashville.
I strongly suspect it's WPBC Decatur, Georgia in Korean.
Would appreciate any ID help - even confirmation of what language this is would be helpful.
I can hear it, and it does appear to be coming from the southeast, but haven't heard it ID yet. WDOD has the frequency covered most of the time.
I'll keep checking.

You're probably right. This is 100% Korean. Strange dialect like nothing I hear here and not really easy to hear or understand at all, but it is indeed Korean.

The quality of the recording isn't very good, for which I apologize.
Fred Laun thinks it could be Fairfax, Virginia which is also apparently a Korean-language station.
