Welcome to the WTFDA Forums! It's nice to see someone in your part of the world doing some DTV Dxing.

A few short years back some members of the Australian ICDX Yahoo group wanted to include DTV DXing on that reflector as well as analog, but the owner of the group would not allow it. So an alternate Yahoo group was formed for DTV DXing but never took off and as far as I know, remains dormant to this day.

TV DXing is DXing whether analog or digital, in our opinion. Feel free to post here anytime you want. Perhaps other Australinan DTV DXers will find this forum and your own post and will add their own logs. We can only hope.

I wonder if you can give some approximate distances for your loggings. Thanks!

toowoomba - omnidirectional is 100 kms west of ipswich (1250kw)
gold coast - directional (east) is 130 km se of ipswich. (i got those screen shots from the gold coast) (25kw)
brisbane - omnidirectional (line of sight) parents antenna on our roof. less than 80km. (50kw).
im hoping for some tropo soon.
