Hi Mike

I've played around with the clip in the Cooledit audio program.
The clearest speech is after 4:00,shifted the pitch as it was
a low frequency type voice and tried to reduce some of the noise.

The speech rythm sounds Danish to me which I think it would be in the
Faroe Islands.Just a chance it could be Madeira which would then be Portuguese but don't think so
