This station seems to be giving an identical ID on a repeat basis, with no audio in between the IDs (i.e. a DX test).

Despite it's low power, WFLT would not be impossible, since it is the northernmost active station at it's longitude. A once made a visit to WTIQ, Manistique, a class C station on 1490, and was surprised to find a DX report from Finland on their corkboard. Turns out WTIQ is the northern most station in the region on 1490. In a typical TA opening, all the 1490s would be lost on the crowd - but if the opening ended at the 45° parallel, WTIO would be pretty much alone.

That said, I doubt it is WFLT. It sounds more like WFGC, or any of literally hundreds of calls that would sound just like it.
