I figured this was a good time to look up some more unid'ed Central American FM audios. Thanks to Jim and Humberto for researching the last bunch.
from Dec 1, 2005 E skip -
88.7 likely Honduras I hear and ad with San Pedro Sula / San Marcos at 00:17 into the audio and near the end at 00:46 what sounds like "Radio Salor, en exitos, en Leanojo" Does this make sense?
Sept 5, 2005 E skip - Opening included ID's from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Chiapas, Mexico.
103.7 2227z
89.3 2220z a couple minutes of ads. Perhaps something useful?
91.5 1837z Two stations mixing. Maybe location info near the end.
91.5 FM Stereo O.K. unknown slogan

More from the Sept 5, 2005 E skip Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Chiapas
90.3 1603z likely Radio Comayagua, Honduras but takes a fade and possibly another station comes back. At 2:39 I hear the hyperspeed female announcer say (something) 90-3.
92.3 2209z Two stations mixing. There's a station in Tegucigalpa, Honduras known as "Rock n Pop" maybe that's the first station?
92.7 "Radio Dosienda" is what I hear. Mentions of Guatemala. Made it over WBLX's IBOC
93.9 2239z A bunch of ads and at about 1:00 into the audio I hear something "y 93.9" fades into XHTGU in Chiapas, Mexico with accoustic Billy Idol "Rebel Yell"

August 27, 2005 intense E skip to the top of the band mainly Guatemala & Belize with a couple ID'ed from nearby Mexico and El Salvador.
102.9 with slogan "Caliente 102.9", I cannot find this station on the web. Semillero Barra Nahualate, Guatemala mentioned.
103.9 2316z Sounds like something useful.
104.3 2312z Two stations mixing. Talk station mentions Guatemala.
87.9 2356z Only time I've ever heard DX on this odd frequency. Sounds like two stations. One suddenly cuts off a few times. Anything useful in the talk?
88.3 "Super Hits" with Reggaeton format. I haven't been able to find this one online.

More from August 27, 2005
88.5 "Puerto Barilla" is this a location?
88.3 0031z a bunch of ads. Maybe something useful.
91.5 unknown romantica 2212z
102.5 "Buena Musica 2335z" EE AC music with what sounds like "Buena musica para ricodal" background junk is from tuner #2's speaker (using casette recorder on this one)
95.3 2341z at least 2 stations mixing. Sounds like Mexico?

Randy,
And now that my book is starting to come together, I can actually do something with most of these clips. Here's what I can match up, after listening to them the 'umpteenth' time!
88.7 Honduras Dec01 0048z
---TG-- San Pedro (SMA) GT 10kw "Occidental Stéreo" - grupera-latino pop. At 41 seconds into clip, I hear "Occidental Stéreo"
103.7 2227z
---dj talk then into Kumbia Kings "Na Na Na". I really tried listening to this one and its difficult making out words because of the distortion.
89.3 2220z
---TGYC Cd. Guatemala GT 25kw "Super Estrella"
Second radio spot @ two minutes into clip gives addresses for a business with locations in Sacramento GT & Cd. Guatemala
91.5 1837z
---the Daddy Yankee song most likely is TI-- San José CR 10kw "Radioactiva" dance hits. The phone call was part of an opinion 'call-in' show - the announcer was asking callers to call in with their "punto la vista"*, but no city/ph# or slogan in clip. *point of view
91.5 FM Stéreo OK
---still at a loss with all the info I have in my new book. There are a some choices, but i'm missing the call letters and slogans on some stations. I think this is probably something like TGOK, TIOK, or HROK.
90.3 1603z
--- TG-- Zacapá (ZAC) GT 10kw "La Tremenda 90.3 fm" - romántica salsa reggaeton. Electronics store ad at beginning (with ph# but no location), then Daddy Yankee song begins <fades a bit>. With Daddy Yankee playing (song actually used for bumper music), female dj chatters about Daddy Yankee, her cat, her family, says next song is "Tica Tica", then says "Tremenda noventa tres" (Tremenda 90.3 <tremendous>).
92.3 2209z
---At 43 seconds into clip, announcer says "Radio Maria". Radio Maria is an educational/religious net' from Cd. Guatemala, with several relay/repeater stations. Only Radio Maria repeater on 92.3 is TG-- Chiquimula (CQM) GT 10kw. Radio Maria primary is on 103.3
92.7 Radio Dosienda 2233z
---The 'Rado Dosienda' is actually - announcer says "Radio Noventa Dos Siete" <Radio 92-7>. This is actually two stations. At about 6 seconds into the clip, another station overtakes the first, saying "Super Estrella". Incidently, "Super Estrella" is more a phrase than a slogan - it means "Super Star". Stations will even use it when it isn't their slogan. At any rate, look for listings from Cuba. I hear three references to Cuba from that station.
93.9 2239z
---TG-- Quetzaltenango (QUE) GT 10kw - variety
At 1:35 into clip, announcer clearly says "en Quetzaltenango". Don't have the calls or slogan, but its listed as licensed and operating in the Guatemala SIT files. The Billy Idol "Rebel Yell" might be TG-- Chiquimula (CQM) GT 10kw "Yo Sí Sideral" with chr/SS-EE hits (Spanish radio typically throws classic hits into the mix with chr, unlike US radio programming). "Yo Sí Sideral" is a net' from Cd. Guatemala, primary on 90.1
102.9 Caliente 2336z
---Possibly TG-- Huehuetenango (HUE) GT 5kw, but nothing to pin it to that particular station. Only three licensed fm's from GT on 102.9. The other two are Metro Stéreo (Cd. Guatemala) and Radio Shekina (Flores, Petén)
103.9 2316z
---Surprise, it isn't Spanish! Its either Achi or Q'eqchi' - Mayan dialects that sound similar to SS. Only station on 103.9 that it could be is TG-- Cobán (AVE) GT 5kw "Radio Gerardi", with variety programming only in Achi & Q'eqchi'
(I apologize for the blanks with the TG-- calls. These are stations i'm missing information on.)
104.3 2312z
??
87.9 2356z
---Mayan pirate radio station in GT.
There are six known Mayan pirate radio stations in GT that operate on 87.9, that the Guatemalan government has been unable to shut down. Take your pick. I've got the list, but there's nothing geographical in the clip to narrow it down.
88.3 Super Hits 0010z
---nothing in my list, but then I have a few stations that are missing calls and slogans.
88.5 Puerto Barilla 2220z
---most likely TG-- Florés (PET) GT 10kw variety programming.
Reference is to Puerto Barrios, in adjoining department (kind of like a county) Izabal, to the southeast.
91.5 romántica 2212z
---TGIL Esquipulas (CQM) GT 10kw "Radio Payaqui - Expresiones con amor en Radio" - romántica
102.5 Buena Música 2335z
---"buena música para gorda" (good music for your sweetheart <love>)
95.3 2341z
---two stations in this clip - not sure about the first one. Second one is TGRV Cd. Guatemala 25kw "Radio Viva".
97.3 0003z
---announcer references to Cd. Guatemala environs - most likely TG-- Cd. Guatemala 25kw "Alfa FM" ac/SS-EE

88.3 0031z a bunch of ads. Maybe something useful.
There are two long ads the first for a drugstore and the second for a clinic laboratory. They said "aquí en Comalapa, Chiapas" ("here in Comalapa, Chiapas), so its for sure a Mexican station, because Comalapa is near the border with Guatemala the accent is not tipically mexican.
Too, in the drugstore sells prepaid phone cards an the provider sound mexican operators (some common in central america too). Not Ids, but sure is a station from Comalapa, Chiapas, Mexico.
Regards.

Thanks for your outstanding research, Jim. I'd have less identified stations from Central America otherwise. Thanks to Humberto from El Salvador for your help.
I cannot find any reference to a 88.3 in Chiapas. Maybe a pirate? Maybe one of the Guatemalan stations? I have several minutes of audio from that 88.3 station. I'll put them up. The only station identified on that frequency in this opening was a "Love FM" repeater in Punta Gorda, Belize.
I updated my online log to show the new ID's and they all fit in perfectly geographically with the other stations heard about the same time that were ID'ed. That 92.7 that might be Cuba is way out there though. No signs of Es that direction were noted. I do hear something that sounds like the spelling of "Cienfuegos" but I don't think that's the way the Cuban city is pronounced? There is a 92.7 listed in that city though.
I have a few more unid'ed FM's from the summer that I think are Honduras and El Salvador that I'll post later.

I have no doubt this is Méxican
88-3_0033z.mp3
In this there is an ad for a concert of Roberto Orella from Chile, the price is given in "PESOS", the currency of Guatemala is "QUETZAL", so its Méxican.

88.5 "Puerto Barilla" is this a location?
An ad say " ... se sortearán dos entradas para asistir al show de PORTO BAHÍA que se presentarán el 9 de septiembre en el salón municipal de ???? con tu asistencia estarás colaborando con el equipo femenino de ????"
The marks "???" means the location maybe a mayan name, than I can´t figure. Sound like "Poptum" but not sure.

Interesting that this station is just down the road from Florés, Petén where Jim noted a 10kw station lives on 88.5... Lots of congestion.
