Finally got my first DTV via E's today around 7:30pm. KREX-DT channel 2 out of Grand Junction CO. @ 1061 miles.
I also had a channel 6 indication on my DTT901 during todays opening but it did not decode.
That's DTV # 306 for me!

Congrats! Maybe when that local tropo that gave me KJYE builds up, I may be able to see this station!
Good deal, Bob.
I had a few flashes of signal on DTV 2 today, also. Nothing locked, though. Later in the day saw same type of signal flash on channel 7. It didn't lock, either. Sure would have liked getting DTV VHF high band E-skip!
You might have a look for KPOB 15 DTV. They popped up today. DTV #252 for me. You're killin' me while my good antennas are down. I'll get 'em back on the tower, eventually. It's GOT to stop storming, one of these days.

What a catch, Bob! KREX has only 800 watts, and you are the first DXer to log them. I'll put this on the upcoming DTV Records page.

No kidding! That's a fantastic haul! They're still running flea power from their studio in town, like their analog did for decades.

I thought that with KCWX-2 out of the way that things might be easier, but so far all of my Es has been east (vs to KOTA-DT-2/KVBC-DT-2) and the NTSC nitelites seem to be preventing the DTT901 meter showing anything when I can hear the 54.310 pilot rather well on my FT-847. At least I don't have to aim the 5-el Cushcraft e.n.e. to null out the KCWX 59.760 audio anymore.
