Had a zero offset channel 2 station in from Mexico, with some content that I hope someone could ID it with.
This was at 1905 EDT on June 22:
The audio had somewhat higher deviation (i.e., modulation - it was louder) than I am accustomed to on US and Canadian stations.
They were showing US-made pre-teen programs dubbed in Spanish. I believe the show might have been "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide", during one break, "I Carly" was definitely mentioned (now, I usually associate kidvid on Mexican TV with the XHGC-5 network - but in more than one break, the slogan "Canal De Las Estrellas" was mentioned, which I thought was the name of the XEW-2 network).
Even though the programs were aimed at children, most of the commercials were for political parties. One was an ad for a particular candidate - Carlos Joaquin. Google of the name shows he holds some type of office in Quintana Roo state, which would favor this station being XHQRO in Cancun, but, I don't know what office he is running for now, and it could be a regional or national office (e.g., an ad for Barack Obama aired on US TV last October was not necessarily WBBM!)
