Neg Offset Ch 2 DX in Portugal

Currently have weak negative offset ch 2 in Portugal running the digital changeover promo.
6 meter skip is showing active to the Northeast US.
Would I be right in thinking KDKA Pittsburgh most likely?

The audio is pretty bad and video unrecognisable and weak so any hope of a full id is unlikely.

Well like I said, you are not going to be happy with this kind of programming, unless there is a clear audio ID after the program. I am not sure of the length of it, but maybe each 10 minutes?

The NAB DVD is 8 minutes in each language for a total of 16.
