Does anyone have an idea who this might be? This was my best image on July 13 at 1421 MDT. The image did not change anytime during the 10 minutes or so I observed it. Could it be an analog reminder that the station had gone digital?

LOL!!!!
This is what comes up on your screen if you have Dish Network and you cannot watch the channel you have selected for whatever reason (equipment failure, rain downpour outage, no premium subscription or out-of-market are examples).
I use to see this frequently on Toledo's LP channel 48 when they carried Urban America TV (defunct - 48 is now MyNetwork).
My guess is that you were seeing an LPTV somewhere in the US (they remain on analog - I got K02NT in Nebraska the other day)

Yeah....
Analog ch 21 in Marathon FL was running this when I went to the Keys 2 months ago. I put a photo of it in "Got Analog TV DX?" for fun, if you wish to search back. it was one of 5 or 6 photos, I think.
Don't expect to see an ID on this, anywhere. Not even on the hour. Too bad....now ya got *me* curious.

Many thanks for your help...this one was a complete surprise to see. The signal levels changed and appeared during a Es opening to Canada. Does this now put me into a league with those DX-ing Rf leaks in neighborhood cables?
