For the last hour, I've been getting a channel 4, plus offset station, by Es in southeast Michigan (1310-1410 EDT 7-17).
I can't find any mention of a channel 4 Daystar station, but haven't heard of Daystar buying time on any Canadian or Mexican stations, either.
Note: There are realatively powerful LPTVs on 4 in Naples, FL and Springdale, AR, neither of which are Daystar in Wikipedia, but both had been owned by Equity, and I know a lot of Equity's stations were bought by Daystar.
The propagation conditions at the time actually favored the midwestern US.
