CATV channel numbers

No longer relevant in this world of virtual channels, but how many of us have been confused by TV stations promoting their CATV channel numbers? I think I have the following mostly right for Fort Myers, FL:

20 = NBC-2
30 = PBS-3
36 = Fox-4
11 = CBS-5
46 = CW-6
26 = ABC-7

If just the old "This is Channel 2" (yes, my rotary dial mechanical tuner says so!) ident wasn't frustrating enough, after CATV penetration it often became "This is Channel 2, Cable 8" (more words in the 10-sec reserved for a TOH ident) w/o call or COL. Then after the networks developed this "seamless" prime-time programming strategy one could no longer then rely on any sort of ident at hh59:50 anymore. It might have occurred back at hh56 or whatever amidst the batch of network/local ads.
