With my limited xperiance in DXing, what does it mean when I see "opening at 10m" ?

Hi Mike,

It's been a strange Summer here. We've never really gotten out of Springtime. Lately, tropo hasn't been so good. WX has been unsettled... A few warm days followed by cooler than normal. I hope things settle down for the Fall tropo season.

The "opening at 10m" I would guess means there is some propagation on the 10 meter (28 MHz) amateur band.
