Some area (Htfd/Springfield) stations where IBOC is either off or dropped:
WCCC 106.9
WMRQ 104.1
WRNX 100.9
WTCC 90.7
90.9 is now open here for meteor scatter for the first time in a long time. WMRQ was owned by Clear Channel. WCCC has been having money problems. WTCC is Springfield Tech Community College and may also be having financial problems. We'll see over time.
Waiting for more to drop.....

It's only a matter of time before this joins AM-Stereo (although I wish that could make a comeback) in the graveyard.

My Nashville locals are far more reliable with their IBOC than my locals at my prior QTH in California, although there are not as many of them. IBOC really hasn't caught on as much in the South. If you look at the Mississippi IBOC list, there is not a single commercial station anywhere in the state that runs or plans to run IBOC, even those owned by the HD alliance companies.
However, a few interesting observations:
89.5 WMOT, attached to Middle Tennessee State University, has been in the news as having funding challenges, and has changed some programming to adjust. They've had spotty IBOC since I've moved here, but it's been off for a while now.
Also, WSM-FM, WWTN, and WGFX have been listed as "analog now, HD coming soon", for at least a year, probably longer, and are still not running IBOC, hopefully they will hold off until IBOC catches on (indefinitely).
