I'm asking a family member to have a listen to this before I say for certain that this is Prague, but checking their web stream later on I'm pretty sure this is what I heard. This clip is from 0414 UTC Sunday morning 10/4/2009. I didn't get the web stream until 15 minutes later when the signal had faded - BUT, the two seemed to match, although the stream was about 15 seconds delayed.
Hope to call this a solved ID soon. If anyone else can verify, please do !
