Mexico channel 3 logo

Has anybody seen this logo? The attached logo was received on channel 3 on September 21 and October 11. It is from Mexico, and the station was running the same program as XEWO-2 (TVT). I wonder if XHP-3 Puebla has switched to this logo.

I'm not ready to say this is XHP-3, but it is looking more like it every time the station is received. This newscast has the Televisa logo lower right. This is from Monday night.

The TV3 logo looks bad in this photo because a bar of electircal interference is at the top. We had rain, and when the rain stops the electrical interference bars of static are present on TV for a while.
