View Full Version : Dtv 29
Had a DTV channel 29.1 this morning with no other station info. It was running an infomercial for the "Ab Circle" at 3:45 AM CDT. Of course it faded out before I had a chance to see a TOH ID. (#$%*&!) Beam heading, and other stations coming in at the time, would make WBIH Selma, AL. my best guess. Has anyone seen WBIH?

Was there any subchannels, or just 29.1?
The list for channel 29 digitals is pretty short, so it may be possible:

Just 29.1 only. No other sub-channels or info.

Ed, just in case you don't read the wtfda list, Fred Nordquist also received the channel 29 without PSIP. He also suspects WBIH.
After a few days worth of answering machine tag I finally talked to someone at WBIH. We compared notes on programming and determined it was WBIH I was seeing. They are aware that there is a problem with their PSIP and should have it resolved in early November.

I was subscribed to "the list" (if you mean the E-mail list) at one time but it seemed to be about 99% FM. As I don't really DX FM, much, I opted out.
If there is more TV activity now, maybe I'll try it again.

I saw WBIH 29 this morning and it did have the call letters show up in the PSIP data. Glad they fixed it.
