Furthest Tropo at this QTH...
Broken three times in one night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I nearly fell out of my chair when a weak channel 54 IDed as "UPN New Orleans"! A mere 102 miles short of my Patchogue, NY Tropo record! (then throw in WAPT in Jackson, MS (only got enough for a tentative logging before it completely faded! Nooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!) Oh well, more where that came from hahahahaha!

Congrats Ryan! This whole week ought to be good for Gulf tropo. I wouldn't be surprised if you got something out of Texas or even Mexico before it's all over. Just before 10pm on April 2 101.7 XHTR Veracruz, Mexico popped in here for about 5 minutes with ID "Los Cuarenta Principales". 977 miles from my location. Not new but 23kw 103.3 KJCS "KJ-103" Nacogdoches, TX from 525 miles is.
I'm getting Ft Myers FM's as I type this. 95.3 WOLZ is ultra strong and keying RDS.. Also 101.9 Gator Country, 96.1 K-Rock, 102.9 Groovin Oldies are all in good from around 396-412 miles. You'll probably be getting all my local TV stations. Good luck :)

It's great to see you guys down on the gulf starting to get into some action... hopefully it won't be long until some of it's shared. ;)

The most lately has been normal stuff up to ~300 miles.
