Maybe someone else can get more out of it than I have so far. I can't imagine how to begin to find this since I can't pull the name of the player and what I've tried on Google has come up empty.

Thanks to some detective work by Curtis Sadowski and Chris Cervantez, this has been found to be WSEI, Olney, IL. WSEI was broadcasting the NJCAA sectional baseball tournament game between Olney Central College and Lake Land College, also in IL. The latter has an infielder named Drew Wurlzelbacher, and Curtis felt sure that the announcer on my clip was the same.
