"FOX 4" in Fort Myers, FL is using a white "4" in a red circle as of last week. Much to my pleasant surprise, they still include "CH 36" in the fine print of their IDs.
I expect WTVK 46 to change soon, since "WB 6" will be a CW affiliate.
