This was from May 28. Can anyone tell if there's anything here to verify for sure this is CITF Quebec City? There doesnt seem to be any other logical targets but I'm not sure if any of the Ontario stations on 107.5 are French.
CITF is 1390 miles. New England was in spotty at the time. The country is KCIL Houma, LA on tropo.
