That's an easy one Fred :) it's XHYI Cancún, QROO, Mexico . You can hear ID's at the end "Mix 850 am y 93.1 fm"

I've logged them once but heard them say it the other way (Mix 93.1 fm y 850 am) but that's them either way. They play a mix of Spanish hits and English CHR. Good catch. Only 4kw
