Here is a clip from 5/28 of a Unid 94.9 in with what sounds like a TOH in Spanish. From listening I was able to decipher that Cuba is mentioned, and possibly Santa Clara as the town. Haven't been able to find an exact match to the station online, so I'll throw this out there and perhaps someone can translate more of what is said.

Beautiful ID !
"This is 'W', in Santa Clara, Cuba...." The AM is CMHW, I believe, and uses the non-ID 'W" ( doble-veh ). There are some other stations // to them on AM - may be on FM as well. While I can't offer you the power since there's really no definitive source for this info, you've absolutely got Cuba.
Now I'll need to listen to some of my unID's from 5/28 again !

Hey Nick, its me again. Here with my handy ICRT list from Cuba, which I just received on the 17th. The station in question is what Russ says. Here's their info:
94.9 CMHW Santa Clara (Villa Clara) CU 1kw - variety & culture programming.
BTW, they only have the primary signal on FM (simulcast with AM), with no relays.
