Yesterday and today I logged a whopping 3 new stations on FM.
But they were really doozy's. I'm attaching the clips here - one a relog today of a station I had new yesterday.

1) 93.5 K228DK Deming NM. 10 watts, KRWG translator. The FCC 60DBu map (http://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/FMTV-service-area?x=FX199449.html) doesn't even show them covering all of Deming, much less getting out via Es. They were in this afternoon while 6m ops were reporting double-hop from the E out to California.

2) 89.9 CJLR La Ronge SK. 220 watts, Missinipi Broadcasting Company, who also thankfully stream on the web. The webcast was about 30 seconds behind the Es reception. At the beginning and end, you'll hear one of my local CSN satellators.

3) 92.1 CFMM-1 Lake Waskesiu SK. 2500 watts, // "Power 99" Prince Albert. They run RDS, but I also caught this "Power 99" ID right at 1059 AM PT.

And that's it! All the Es the past few days and I get these 3 loggings - but I couldn't be much happier about it.

10 watts!!
I wonder if Dave's going to catch Howard Stern from someone's micro transmitter in their car driving across the New Mexico desert ;-)

Nice catch!

Thanks!

I do have to say I've been bitten by the Sirius bug twice in the past two days while Es DXing. What a waste of time! Nothing like listening to classical through a whole song when you think it's Canada via Es only to find it's likely a neighbor :-(.
