In the 89.1 at 00:45 I hear an ID of "La Lupe 89.1" which is XHCAO Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico right up at the tip of Texas. 100kw. Jim Thomas just informed me yesterday of their new slogan change :)
I cant make out anything on the other station.
On the 90.3 I hear what sounds like "Radio Roma" at 00:53, 1:36 and mentions of different frequencies and towns in Cuba (91.5 La Palma, 105.3 Consolacion del Sur, 103.5 Coloma) I can't find anything on a "Radio Roma" so I'm not sure about this one. I've logged Radio Progresso from Havana on 90.3. Cuba is a big country with a lot of cities and very little information on their radio stations. My Spanish is poor, Jim will clean up :)

89.1- I actually hear "La Lupe 89.1" said twice, along with an XHCAO id (pronounced call letters), which is almost lost in the fading of the skip.
89.1- Station mixing with them is "Radio Kafi" (pronounced like coffee, with emphasis on 'fee'). There is an id at 1:04 into the clip by the female announcer. <not 100% on the spelling, but can't think of another way to spell 'Kafi' based on SS pronunciation>
90.3- I also hear the references to "Radio Roma" that Randy hears. I have no information or can find any either on exactly where this station is located in Cuba, but it definitely is a Cuban fm
92.3- Can't hear anything 'specific' to confirm who this would be, but it sounds like the announcer at :07 into the clip says something about México. The clip is the victim of Es fading and hard to get a hold of any content to figure out what is being said.
