Two on one clip, the first one is country and the liner is distinctive, the second is classic rock. Band conditions were to MO/KS/IA/OK at the time ( just prior to 1500 edt.

I can only ID the second station. I hear "Topeka's classic hits station 99.3 The Eagle" = KWIC Topeka, KS. Nice catch.

I did finally pull that out, as did a couple of others via email. That first one would have to be immediately obvious to anyone who's ever heard it -- but so far nobody has.
