Can't determine any geographical information or station slogan from this clip.

90.5-SS...
Station is from Dominican Republic, as he mentions Puerto Plata, Santo Domingo, and a few others, as announcer leads into news headlines.
Two choices on 90.5 but I can't hear anything that 'tells' where its from....
Fantasia FM, Puerto Plata, DO 1kw
Estrella 90, Santo Domingo, DO 5kw

I know there is a slogan in there. The announcer says, "Noventa siete punto nueve, La ???" I just can't make out the words.

in the 90.5 at 00:40 is an ID "Estrella Noventa" = HIWP Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic "Estrella 90"

the 94.5 is likely "Caraibes FM" Port-au-Prince, Haiti, the only 94.5 in Hati listed, but I can't hear any ID material, only French.

the 97.9 almost sounds like 97.9 Lumiere which would be Port-au-Prince also but it seems this ought to be French? the format is listed as religious so I'm not sure.
