unID Spanish 88.3

2055 7/18; ballads mostly then this rapidly-spoken attempt at an ID. Something about "Exitos" and a frequency ending in .3 was all I could pull out. Most of the other skip before and after was AR, then moved into TX

I hear WIRP anytime there's E to So FL and this wasn't them. KBRN would be 1612 miles so would probably have needed either hurricane or tropo assistance. I just can't work with Spanish that fast.

I think this is KBNR TX Brownsville - the announcer says "Luz éxitos en <ca??>, ochenta ocho punto tres - la <?> himns" "Light hits in <ca??>, 88 point 3 - the <?> hymns."
