How many of you have contacted the engineering staff or CE's of the stations you've pick up from a distance?
Being an engineer at a local TV station, I can't tell you how big the smile was I got a few years back when someone in Virigina reported watching us. (mind you it was on a message board, but I happened to be working at the transmitter site and what a cool feeling it was to know that the RF passing me by was travelling so far away or that the work I performed on the transmitter could be seen that far!)
