During recent trop openings, I've observed two stations, presumably LPTV-type, carrying "Sportman's Channel", videos of people hunting or fishing.
Forgot the dates, both are late-night reception:
From Temperance, MI (near Toldeo, OH), channel 25, PTA South, possibly Lima?
From Manistique, MI (Upper Peninsula), channel 69, on indoor bowtie, PTA North Lower MI.

Here's the address for it:

and it appears to be available by satellite tv or cable only.

Thanks,
Yes, only cable networks are mentioned on their website.
I suspect this may actually be the name of a PROGRAM rather than a channel. I've seen it on full-power, over-air WUPW-36 OH Toledo in late night hours.

It seems as though several stations relay them overnight. I know our local WDIO does, which is a shame since only a few years it ago it would shut off at about 1 am to resume operations at 6, giving me a nice period to DX that channel (10).
Your 69 may have been the low power station in South Bend, IN, WMYS-LP, which supposedly gets out very well. I received it at least twice this summer in Duluth, a good 470 miles away!

Although this posting is rather outdated... I would also agree that Channel 69 received in Manistique has a high chance of being South Bend. If you were pointing toward Ludington, Muskegon, or even toward Manistee, this is exactly the usual path of South Bend FM and TV that is intercepted by Lake Michigan inversion between Bridgman and Benton Harbor and forced due northward along the lakeshore. South Bend signals on this side of the lake often cross paths with Escanaba/Manistique signals just north of Muskegon, where 97.1 is a very common catch - oftentimes every day in the same exact spots. :p ... and with further info, these lower-power local stations do commonly broadcast such sports programs. Local LP Ch 38 in Muskegon, Mich. often shows such hunting and fishing shows especially at early morning times and I see them elsewhere too.
