Heard Sat evening 10/28/06 at 2215ET on 1296...African music for one minute followed by 4 mins of talking. There "might" be some sort of ID at one minute into the clip (do you hear birds chirping??). Not on tape, but at 2230 they went back into what sounds like Arabic prayer.
Roy has heard Sudan here at least once recently. Does this sound like them? Listen to the clip.
